OUR APPROACH

I have been a SaaS operator as long as SaaS has been a thing, let’s say 2010, and have served as an executive in technology companies for over 30 years. My journey has included stops at some legendary software companies and I’ve had the opportunity to work with some the best operators in the industry.

More recently, I’ve served as an operator in private equity portfolio companies. I’ve operated within and helped develop SaaS playbooks at four different firms as a portfolio company C-level executive, including two CEO roles . I’ve found that most firms promote their playbooks as differentiators, but few have any real assets of value to their portfolio company operators.
